You can cancel the subscription anytime.

1. To Cancel yourself, you can go to https://payment.beatshine.com/, sign in to your account and cancel subscription.

2. Or you can mail us at support@beatshine.com from your registered email and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf. We typically reply under 24 hours.

Refund Policy

1. We give 2 day completely free trial without asking for Credit Card or any payment Info.

2. In these 2 days you can verify if the service is of your use and ONLY if you agree, then opt for paid plan.

3. We DO NOT issue refunds on paid plan. Although you can cancel the plan anytime you want (Refer Cancellation policy above)
